S.L.: Hello, children! Today we're going to hear the story I call,
"Little Jack Horner."
(SFX: Music Box)
S.L.: Little Jack Horner sat in a corner (SFX: Cuckoo) B: Story Lady! S.L.: What's wrong, Byron? B: That's supposed to be "Christmas pie!" S.L: Well, I guess they changed it because it wasn't seasonal...Anyway, (SFX: Horn honk!) B: STORY LADY! S.L.: Goodness, your ears are certainly red, aren't they? B: Story Lady, don't you have another story today? S.L: No. Why? B: Well, I mean...well, I never... S.L.: Not ever? Goodness...but to continue... (SFX: Horn honk!) (SFX: Horn honk!)
B: Give me that microphone! S.L.: Well, if you're going to get so mad, forget the whole thing! (SFX: Footsteps and door slam.)
