Byron the Elf: Time now for another visit with

S.L.: Hello, boys and girls! Today we're going to hear the story I call, "The Genie in the Wine Bottle."

(SFX: Music Box)

S.L.: Once upon a time, there was a poor old man, who lived alone in a small shack. He would work very hard until he had enough money to buy a small bottle of wine. Then he would go to his lonely room, where he would drink the wine.

One day, he bought his bottle of wine from a very strange little shop, and when he took it home and removed the top from the bottle, there appeared before him a magic genie! And the genie said, "I am the genie in the wine bottle. I have lived there for many years. You have but to command, and any three wishes you name will be granted you! I return to the bottle now to await your command!"

The old man picked up the bottle and looked at it. And then he took it back to the store and exchanged it for a bottle of Mogen David®.
