Not such a great idea if you're on your way to the office in a nice clean shirt or dress; and yet, millions of people risk it. Be right back. [:60 SPOT BREAK] Freberg again. I saw a statistic that said the average person eats 13 meals a year while driving. That's only 1 and 1/12th of a meal per month! Ah, something's wrong there. When I'm driving, I see people chomping down left and right. There's a "Carl's, Jr." commercial I hate with the line, "If it doesn't get all over the place, it doesn't belong in your face." YUCK!!! It doesn't belong in your crotch, either, which is where it'll end up if you eat while driving.
Bad idea. Not only is it dangerous, but guaranteed to put interesting spots on your nice new suit for your meeting. If you must practice "dashboard dining," better wear your Army surplus camouflage outfit, and spill away...but, keep your eyes on the road. Stan Freberg here.
